One way to get items and money is through Bounties.

Bounties are a player hunting system that allows you to put a bounty on the head of a specific player. The reward can be financial or for items.

You can approach the Spawn [NPC] to place a bounty on someone's head or see the bounties that exist on players.

When hunting a wanted player you will be able to claim the bounty on his head if he has a set.

Be careful. Players with a bounty on their head are usually very dangerous.
